Technical Fundamentals

Perfect your approach, plant foot positioning, hip rotation, and follow-through with video analysis and expert coaching.

Power Development

Build explosive leg strength and rotational power through specialized weight room training designed for kickers.

Accuracy & Consistency

Develop repeatable mechanics and routines that translate to high make percentages in game situations.

Mental Toughness

Learn visualization techniques, pre-kick routines, and pressure management strategies used by elite kickers.

Game Situations

Practice pressure kicks, weather adjustments, and special teams scenarios to prepare for any situation.

Video Analysis

Regular film sessions comparing your technique to D1 and NFL kickers, tracking progress throughout the program.

6-Week Training Progression

Week 1: Foundation & Assessment

Baseline testing, fundamental technique work, and establishing proper mechanics

Session 1 - Baseline Assessment

Field Work: Baseline testing with video recording, technique fundamentals, approach mechanics
Weight Room: Lower body assessment, balance testing, core strength evaluation
Focus: Establishing a starting point and identifying areas for improvement

Session 2 - Plant Foot Mastery

Video Analysis: Review baseline kicks, compare to D1 film
Field Work: Plant foot drills, approach refinement, 15 FGs from 20 yards
Weight Room: Goblet squats, Bulgarian split squats, single-leg work

Session 3 - Contact Point And Hip Drive

Field Work: Contact point teaching, progressive distance drills, kickoff introduction
Weight Room: Core and rotational power development
Focus: Maximizing power transfer through proper ball contact

Week 2 & Power Development & Consistency

Baseline testing, fundamental technique work, and establishing proper mechanics
